Yay me! After one week of pre-challenge and it's profuse sweating, intense pain, and pure exhaustion I have finally done it! I completed each hero with no more than 2 minutes rest between each set. Monday night I was resting upwards of 30 mins between each set. I even had an extra 20-30 lbs sitting on my back (I love kids) and I still was doing better on the failure reps than three days ago. But sadly, it's purely an emotional victory. Still just as sweaty, just as sore, just as tired.
